8) Linneaus Symposium, April 24-25, 2007

The second Linnaeus Symposium comes at a fortuitous time, a time of preparing to celebrate in May 2007 the 300th anniversary of the birth of Carl Linnaeus. This Linnaeus Symposium will be held in conjunction with a series of events that will be celebrated by the Linnaeus Arboretum in honor of Linnaeus. Four speakers will participate in the Linnaeus Symposium including: Paul Alan Cox, Hans Odöö, Gary Nabhan, and Paula Robbins. This event is free and open to the public.
